PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR REFUSAL WAIVER:  Anyone who wishes to not wear protective headgear during an outing or class, must first sign a Headgear Refusal Waiver before participating.

RESERVATION/DEPOSIT:  We require a 50% deposit to hold your dates. We will not consider your trip dates confirmed until we receive your deposit, even though we may have agreed upon dates. Full balance is due upon arrival.

REFUND POLICY:  Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another date not to extend beyond the following year.  There are absolutely NO refunds on any payments received within 30 days of your prearranged trip. No rate reductions or extra days will be given if you leave before the conclusion of your trip or fail to arrive on the prearranged dates.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  There will be NO refund of deposit or balance once payment has been made if we cannot refill the space.  Any cancellations upon arrival or after arrival will be billed the balance due, in full.
