RESERVATION/DEPOSIT:  We require a 50% deposit to hold your dates. We will not consider your trip dates confirmed until we receive your deposit, even though we may have agreed upon dates. Full balance will be charged by 3pm on the day prior to your trip.

REFUND POLICY:  Deposits are nonrefundable.  There are absolutely NO refunds on any paid-in-full trips for cancellations within 48 hours. No rate reductions or extra days will be given if you leave before the conclusion of your trip or fail to arrive on the prearranged dates.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  There will be NO refund of deposit or balance once payment has been made if cancellations are made within 48 hours of your trip.  Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your trip will be billed the balance due, in full.
