RESERVATION/DEPOSIT:  A 50% facility deposit and a signed Venue Rental Agreement are required upon booking to reserve a date.  If White Pine is Catering your event, full payment for food is required 30 days prior to your event.

DECORATIONS:  Decorating can be done between Noon and 4pm on the day prior to the event.  White Pine does not provide any decorations.  All decorations should be collected the day after the event, or by arrangement.
